These are the 4 tracks that comprise the music used in the documentary Tarfala by Johannes Östergård.

In the film we encounter Lars, an elderly Swedish man, who has chosen to spend his winters in solitude as a care taker of one of the few hiking huts next to Sweden’s highest mountain Kebnekaise. The film explores the inner and outer world of his stay at the hut and questions whether or not happiness can ensue, when life is not shared with friends and loved ones.
